Atlas Hydraulic applies wet on wet procedure. The process is applied as:

• Surface cleaning before painting
• Epoxy primer paint ~60 – ~80 µm
• Acrylic topcoat paint ~40 – ~60 µm.

After the painting process, 350 hours of paint guarantee is given with reference to ASTM B117 and ISO 9227. According to the industry and customer demands, different painting process, type and thickness can be performed aside from Atlas Hydraulic standard painting.

Alternative coating methods other than painting are also taken into consideration in line with customer demands and applied to our products, in particular:

• Phosphate coating
• Cadmium plating
• Galvanized coating
• Nitridation + Carburization
• Solid film lubrication.
